CASHEN VALE BOXING CLUB CLUB RULES: All members must pay an annual membership of 20 Euros towards full insurance cover Subs will be collected on a nightly basis to help with the financial running of the club Only qualified coaches and officials who have gained Garda clearance may attend training sessions. Any new applicants who wish to gain membership of the club must complete an application form. All new applications will be scrutinized by club officials. Decisions will be made by said officials. All decisions are final As club membership is limited, former members will be given priority. All members must complete a medical if they wish to train within the club Parents/guardians must sign a consent form before members may commence training It is the duty of the Parent/guardian to inform club coaches of any medical conditions or special requirements of any club member Good conduct is a requisite, both inside and outside the club, any member found breaking this rule will be disciplined. All club members must acquire the necessary safety equipment e.g. protectors, bandages, skipping ropes etc. as advised by the coaches Training will commence at 7pm. sharp. All club members are required to ‘sign in’ as proof of attendance Respect for club members, equipment and coaches must be observed by all members Coaches will act in the best interest of all members equally, their decisions must be respected Members are advised to contact club officials with any queries or complaints or if seeking advise. All discussions will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence. Coaches will act within the strict guidelines of proper procedure and appropriate conduct when dealing with members. The official child welfare officer for the club is Patrick McDonagh All club members are advised to read and abide by club rules Failure to adhere to the rules may result in dismissals.
