VAAC ARMY web series pilot Independent Non-Union Web short *Production Location:* Austin *Production Start Date:* 02/13/2015 *Production Wrap Date:* 02/15/2015 *Production Schedule:* 3 days *Producer(s):* Stan Wong, Brandon Torres, Ima Lueppe *Synopsis:* In an age of brainwashing media dribble, one revolutionary team is fighting against a megalomaniac hell bent on conforming you to his propaganda. The VAAC ARMY and their top field agent Spearmint eradicate each foe put in front of them, by the evil Dr. Venditare all the while racing against a deadly countdown. *Character Breakdowns:* Casting: may be paid or unpaid Colonel VAAC is a stern but fair man chosen to lead a small group of specialized revolutionaries. This character must command a room when he enters, but is a smart enough leader to know when he is not the best man for the job. He is a man of honor and valor. Colonel VAAC is noble and does not ask anything of his team that he is not willing to do himself if needed. Theafeemeesee (aka) Thea is an assassin at the top of her game. She adorns a cloak that she uses like a weapon. She is not kind and often does not fight fairly. 5’4” to 5’11” ages 25-35 any ethnicity. Medium to slender build with a good sense of physical comedic timing. The right actor should be comfortable with stunts or open to stunt training. Doing stunts is not mandatory, but preferred. We are holding auditions on Jan 24th from10am-2pm by appointment. Our lead actress will need a fully fabricated costume, but we are capable of hiring a costumer for this one job separately.
