CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG AS RACE TO DISPOSE OF INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE STEPS UP A GEAR. CIC have been provided with further video evidence of attempts being made by Aventas, assisted by Paul OBrien cronies/ family members ie. security staff, on Wednesday 11th December to dispose of a trailer load of documents (Registration Number of trailer has been provided). Recent reports sent to us also detailed OBrien himself disposing of a box of documents which were later shredded. Since QBRC own the company since Monday week last, how is it legal for Aventas to continue to dispose of what is most likely incriminating evidence AFTER MANAGEMENT FOR THE NEW OWNERS MOVED IN. Surely, this contravenes company law. Who is this material being removed for? Is it material which proves that the money was advanced by Anglo to the Quinn children for share support? Is it the Quinn personal papers which were seized on the day of the take over and were never given back to them? Is it evidence of asset stripping by Aventas? Is it all three, or even something more sinister? CIC would like to thank the diligent people who have contacted us with so much useful information and we encourage all to be on the lookout for fraudulent actions or suspicious activity which threatens the survival of the company and the future of thousands of families. With so many people now contacting us with evidence of criminality, it is only a matter of time until the full picture emerges. Fraud is fraud is fraud.
