CATCH THE FIRE DAY 2( 27 AUGUST 2013) PREACHER: APOSTLE ROBERT KAYANJA (UGANDA) VENUE: CITY SPORTS CENTRE, HARARE, ZIMBABWE READING: John 1 :28, John 3 :30 THEME: YOU MUST INCREASE - Every human is born with over a million cells, white and red. God created you a millionaire before you thought of it - The perfect worship you can give God is not lifting hands and say HOLY, Holy, Holy that’s the job of angels. You can’t stand for 24 hours, you can’t raise your hands for 24 hours but they can do it. Gabriel said, “I stand in the presence of the Lord” - Jesus met Mary in the garden after resurrection, why???? Because it was in the garden that they lost it, they had to regain it in the garden - People thought that the statement, “He must increase and I must decrease” meant that John was humble but No. The word “must “is an order which has consequences. The creation( John) was giving the creator(Jesus) orders - You cannot tell Jesus to increase unless there is something you are giving him to increase - John parents had a double menopause, he existed because of Jesus, for he was to make a way for Jesus. People called him a messiah yet ready to die for anyone, he was just a son of Zechariah and Elizabeth but because he came first people thought he was the messiah. It was time that Jesus had to increase and take his position of a messiah and end the confusion people had - If you increase in good things you will decrease in bad things. The only way you can stop a decrease in value is to increase in value - Zechaeus was called by name because he was rich , others people throughtout the ministry of Jesus were only referred to as either a certain man or certain woman their status was hidden by their condition. It’s high time that you must also increase in finances - The whole creation is waiting for your manifestation, everything you see around you is talking to you that you must increase and take your position as a child of God - Increase is for sons - Heaven only gives you power, when you want wealth heaven gives you power, if you want to go into ministry heaven gives you power - The problem with power is that power fluctuates, power is generated ( by human and divine together), people can loadshed power but at this conference we are going to generate our own power. - If you are only using power for lighting you don’t need much power but if you are into manufacturing you need much power - In the spiritual sense, love, fasting, laughter, learning, fasting, giving and prayer increases power. If you want to leave a quiet life with no battles to fight you don’t need all these but if you want to be an instrument that God can use then you need mega power - Luke 2:52. “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.” - If Jesus born of God, without sin needed increase what of you who was born of a witch. If he needed wisdom when he himself was wisdom what of you. The ten commandments had brought religions which were tougher than the commandments themselves, he needed to increase in wisdom - God is a better father than you are but he never told anyone that Jesus was his beloved son for 30years, he needed favour of man. You also need favour before man. - In the book of Esther Varshit was a queen because she knew how to move.There are people who are at certain positions because they know how to move, it was not by favour. If you to be in any competition you will fail because you don’t have the qualities but there is something called favour that you can have and you will look better than anyone else - Varshit was offered half of the kingdom but when favoured people arrive(Esther) those who know moves lose common sense, Varshit lost common sense - Exodus1:7. Why did Israel lived for years in the Egypt?Because there were not increasing. The power of deliverance for you has been stopped by your failure to increase - When you increase something, something has to decrease. When you increase revival sin has to decrease, when you increase prayer demons have to decrease, when you increase giving, poverty has to decrease - We must increase the level of releasing the anointing, preaching the gospel, our joy, love, giving, prayer, boldness, fire power,. You must increase in everything - In marriages there must be increase, what you used to do back then when you got your wife or husband you have more reason to increase it now even if you are old. Continue to generate that which you use to have or do back then - Why did God send Jesus - 1) God does not baby sit, when he first created man he never created a baby and he only called Jesus his son when he was grown up. You have to grow up in the things of God. It’s not time to cry because of your problems, you must grow up - 2) He send him to show us the way, he said I am the way the truth and life.
