CATEGORY BUYER II / III - São José dos Campos, BR Johnson & Johnson Descrição General Description Supports the development and execution of Facilities Services - Soft Services (Janitorial, Security, Waste…) and Hard Services (Maintenance, Utilities…) and Fleet category management activities for Consumer, Pharma and Medical divisions. This role includes category strategy development and execution, stakeholder management and preferred supplier relationship management. Tasks & Responsibilities §Supports supplier selection, qualification, negotiations and overall on-going supplier management, including supplier base optimization initiatives, payment terms and cost savings. §Develops formal RFI and RFS to the selected categories and makes recommendations of award. §Negotiates complex contracts for large nonstandard purchases. §Researches possible sources/suppliers for requested services, provides alternatives or substitutions when applicable and educates internal requestors on developing selection requirements. §Create long-term supplier relationships looking for company goals, quality improvements and process improvements. §Aligned with Global Leadership, define category development strategy and approve it with Category Manager §Monitors and track forecast vs actual savings §Analyzes the supplier base, spend report and data cleansing and works on improvements and consolidations §Gathers business requirements & Drives alignment with business on category strategy, spend analysis and compliance assurance.
