CBRE CONFIRM DV8 TO OPEN IN KILLARNEY Dublin, July 2014 – Having recently been appointed to relaunch the scheme, CBRE announced today that fashion multiple DV8 have commenced fit out works on a unit in Killarney Outlet Centre which is expected to open in the coming weeks. DV8 will trade from a 379 sq.m. unit opposite the Nike Factory Store, the fashion retailer who trades from over 35 stores nationwide including some of the country’s top shopping centre schemes will offer customers a variety of popular brands including Superdry, Calvin Klein, Adidas, Canterbury, Converse, Lacoste, Vans, Lipsy, Vero Moda and more. The scheme is currently anchored by one the country’s largest Nike Factory Stores and is home to a mix of local and national tenants including Costa Coffee, Holland & Barrett, Claire’s Accessories, Paco, Leading Labels, The Works, Pavers Shoes, O’ Brien’s Sandwich Bar and the Kerry GAA store. The trendy fashion retailer will be an exciting addition to the scheme.
