CBS and Weigel Broadcasting (Me-TV, Heroes & Icons, and - TopicsExpress

CBS and Weigel Broadcasting (Me-TV, Heroes & Icons, and half-interest in Movies! with Fox) have signed their first non-O&O affiliate of new diginet Decades, WBAY TV-2.3 in Green Bay, WI. And it appears the network will soft-launch on January 16th with full series runs of shows that will appear on the network. The official launch of Decades is set for May 25th. What isnt clear is whether the CBS O&O stations set to air the network will also soft launch as well. I would think they will, but I cannot confirm it definitively yet.
