CDL Driver/Warehouse Position Full-time Non-exempt This position primarily involves driving, loading, and unloading Vermont Foodbank vehicles at various sites in Vermont, New England and New York. The position will also be called upon to support general warehouse activities including storage and moving of product including reclamation activities. * Work cooperatively with staff and volunteers to support the mission of the Foodbank and meet and sustain Foodbank goals. * Efficiently and safely pick up and deliver products as assigned. * Complete proper paper work to maintain accurate inventory. * Maintain vehicles in a high state of cleanliness. * Ensure the proper sanitary and safe warehousing of all products in accordance with Feeding America and Vermont Foodbank guidelines. * Fully comply with all state and federal laws regarding licensure, vehicle operation, and safety. * Maintain a neat personal appearance and professionalism in all interactions with other staff, the public, and the clients the Foodbank serves. * Adhere to policies and procedures in the fleet safety booklet regarding reporting accidents, daily vehicle checks, completing associated paperwork, and substance abuse. * Assist in warehouse and salvage activities as required. * May take part in physical inventory.
