CEEMEA Regional Project Manager (Ref: TFM-P573) We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Project Manager for our client, a global FM service provider. Based on a client account in Istanbul this role is to take the regional Lead for the CEEMEA region. All applications must be in English. The focus will be on Middle East and Africa so the role is likely to require some travel. The Role Demonstrate the ability to create a solution oriented environment and lead integrated, remote diverse teams Capable of creating a strong team, designed to deliver projects for the future by supporting the various initiatives and innovations implemented. Ensure integration of all services related to projects -from transaction to occupancy -to provide a single interface and point of accountability. Maintain strong working relationships with key Facilities & Real Estate clients in your discipline in order to ensure open collaborative communication and issue resolution. Responsible for end to end employee management including; hiring, on boarding, leading developing, and mentor team members. Manage and reporting of the regional capital budget, and spending forecast of approximately $40-50MM annually Take ownership of a component of the business plan. Develop objectives/desired results and work with other Regional Leads to achieve completion. Actively support meeting account KPIs (directly and indirectly) Experience You must have excellent written and verbal English language skills, plus a minimum of one other regionally relevant language preferred, e.g. Turkish or Arabic. 15+years of documented, progressive experience in project management with knowledge around property and transaction management, with a minimum of 5 years in the CEEMEA region. Bachelor degree in Real Estate or Business required, Masters Degree preferred Professional designations such as LEED, PMP or comparable preferred. Well-versed in financial analytical work; good understanding of Capital Plan creation and management. Experienced working as part of an integrated service delivery team in a client corporate environment. Experience in leading high-performing teams both in local offices and remote locations. Proven ability to function in a matrixed environment with the ability to provide alignment of client needs. Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1 and group interactions/routines, PowerPoint presentations and email.
