CELEBRATE YOUR LITTLE BEGINNINGS Zechariah 4:10 10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the Lord, which run to and fro through the whole earth. One of the keys to greatness is to recognize , appreciate or celebrate little beginnings .whenever something starts on a small note ,the tendency is there for people to despise it since it does not yet appear how it will turn out to be afterward, , the tendency is there for people to look down on the small shop you ve just opened or the ministry you just inaugurated or the family life that is just beginning after marriage . but the word of God warns us not to despised the days of small things . Recognizing, and appreciating small beginning is the bridge that connect us to the days of great things , those who despises small beginning never see the days of great things . Please Protect your little Beginning Whatever it is , no matter how little ,Dont allow despisers to run what you have started down .Protect it, celebrate it ,and dont be apologetic about it , speak good about your little BEGINNING , let your attitude be positive and be upbeat about it before people . The bible says who hath despised the days of small things. Those who despised it never saw the day of great things . everything we see in this world that we appreciate began on a small note .there is nothing great on earth that does not have a small behining.even great people that we idolize , celebrities that we love and cherish today , they once had a very little beginning . The story from grass to grace is always repeated in everyone of them Even JESUS CHRIST, the best man ever in history began the work of redemption from a manger and today he is seated at the right hand of the father having all power in the heaven and on earth God almighty always start a thing small but he doesnt remain on that small level ,with whatever he started. he often expand or enlarge it ! Please digest the following scriptures Isaiah 54:2-3 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. Job 8:7 Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase. Job 42:12 So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning:for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses. Starting small is a prelude to greater realms, you dont have to stay small , it is a temporary phase , it is not your permanent destination , the destination is a greater end . So dont remain small , dont mark one spot for too long . Dont be afraid of little start ! Dont feel too big to start small, it takes a lot of humility to start out small , everything in life begins from down ,and then it goes up . even JESUS before he ascended on high , he went down first ! Ephesians 4:9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) the only thing that start from the top is grave digging ! Grave diggers digs from the top of the soil down six feet below ! Dont dig your grave ! Start small ! Celebrate it and it will grow !
