CERA have released a new feature that shows the rebuild project timelines. Here is a quote from Minister Brownlee. Weve listened to stakeholders within and outside of Canterbury about the need to provide visibility and transparency on our work programme. With over $15 billion committed by the Government to the Christchurch rebuild there are clearly a lot of major projects underway, and with so much going on it can be difficult to keep track of it all. The new feature is a simple gantt chart that a level 1 university student could do and this should have been made two years ago! And will the minister stop saying the government is committed $15 billion and making it sound like its a favour. Its simply not correct.
