CERTIFICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the regular session duly constituted of the Sangguniang Bayan, Municipality of Natividad, Pangasinan, held January 14, 2013 at Natividad, Pangasinan, the following resolution was approved: MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 05-2013 RESOLUTION REVIEWING BARANGAY APPROPRIATION BILL NO. 01-2012 OF SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CANAREM ENTITLED: BARANGAY APPROPRIATION BILL NO. 01-2012/ ANNUAL BUDGET OF SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CANAREM FOR CY-2013 AMOUNTING TO PHP 1,028,766.00 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NATIVIDAD, PANGASINAN. WHEREAS, Pursuant to RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the Sangguniang Bayan of Natividad as the legislative body of the Municipality is empowered to review ordinances authorizing the annual or supplemental appropriations of component in manner prescribed by the law; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Natividad and Local Finance Committee have conducted initial review and study on the said budget and in the same showed substantial compliance with the Provisions of RA 7160, its implementing circulars and other issuance; WHEREAS, after careful study and review of the said documents, it was found out that the same are in order, well-taken and declared operative; NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing motion of Mun. Councilor Imelda R. Liberato and seconded by all the members present, it was; RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Natividad to approve, as it is hereby approved APPROPRIATION BILL NO. 01-2012 OF SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CANAREM ENTITLED: BARANGAY APPROPRIATION BILL NO. 01-2012/ ANNUAL BUDGET OF SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CANAREM FOR CY-2013 AMOUNTING TO PHP 1,028,766.00 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NATIVIDAD, PANGASINAN. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this of this resolution be furnished to the Barangay Council concerned for their information and guidance.
