CF friends..... For those open to discuss, It would be awesome to know how many of you have two copies of DF508s mutation like Leighton. Im also curious to know if your lung issues began immediately or if they were later in life as Leighton still showing no lung signs at all, but it sometimes feels as of our Drs are just sitting on the edge of there seats waiting for it to begin. I also just read on one of the links that the median life expectancy for someone with the DDF508 combination is 19 years. We all know that the over all CF median life expectancy is estimated to be 40. Am I reading this wrong?
