CFAR Survey: Please reply if you participated or plan to participate in a triathlon this year or the next year. Many of our sport medicine lectures at this year annual medical meeting focused on diagnosing and treatments of injuries associated with triathlon/triathletes. There has been a sharp rise in the popularity of this sport recently (over 2 million participants annually) Many runners hail the triathlon, which offers a whole body, cross training workout, as the new marathon. I think triathlon training also help many or our runners minimize injuries as it offers good cross training program. I can see this trend is happening in our own CFAR group. Let me know you opinions.
