CFL Athletes, As we progress throughout the week, Im gonna try to post various videos to help supplement the WODs for the week. The goals are: to increase your awareness of the movement fundamentals and/or increase functional mobility in preparation for upcoming movements. Mobility work before and after your workouts will improve your ability to achieve the full range of motion during the workout, and will aid in your recovery.
