CFM, Important info please read. -Child care this week. We have childcare available this week at 5pm on Monday,Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Saturday at 9am. We will have solid details on child care next week! -Reminder this week we have the Eatology Nutrition seminar this Thursday January 30th from 5-7pm. This will include a short workout and digestion experiment. You will need to bring food with you if you are participating in the experiment. Info sheets and sign up sheet are on the front desk. Please sign your name and take the material for the clinic. This is a free clinic that can help you with your nutrition and performance so please take advantage!
