CFMP RE POST - 27/06/2014 Karen Wheeler -Cant Find My Past 01.59 Has anyone else been looking at the Northumberland Parish Records? The marriage transcriptions now cunningly only show EITHER the bride OR the groom. Im sure they both used to be on the transcriptions. I have a note on my Tree for a record found when the site was in its old incarnation: Find My Past Parish Records Collection: Francis Swan & Agnes Dixon. Marriage date: 8 Jun 1832. Place: Cornhill. Id never find that now! Kathryn Gregory likes this. Cant Find My Past Kathryn Gregory HI Karen, thats very strange? (What isnt) I searched just for Francis Swan and got 6 results. I added the spouse in and it reduced the result to the one you mention. So it must recognise that Agnes is linked to this record but as you say, shes not on the transcription. There must be a hidden field somewhere for searching purposes. I checked Family Search and both bride and groom are on the record of the marriage. I also went into the Forum of Northumberland and Durham FHS but theres nothing I can find on there. Not an area I regularly visit, so cant tell you if they were both transcribed before?
