In this workshop you will paint a frame with Blackberry House paint, distress and then wax. When your frame is completed, you will insert a chalkboard or chicken wire into your finished frame to take with you. Other products and techniques will be demonstrated. [email protected] 765-366-4018 [email protected] 765-366-2176 BEGINNER PAINT CLASS/WORKSHOP Workshop Date: Sunday, November 3rd Time: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm Host: Buds & Berries, Janet & Coleen Instructor, Polly Blair Workshop Cost: $85.00 For this workshop you will bring a small piece of furniture, such as an end table or side table, stool, or small chair that you can easily bring into the shop to paint that you would like to transform by applying a new finish with Blackberry House paints and waxes. Blackberry House paint is completely CHALK-FREE. It has an ultra smooth finish and a soft eggshell sheen. It is very user friendly. So ask a friend to sign up with you and bring a piece to refurbish! If you have a question about the size of your piece, call or email us with a picture of it. Your piece needs to be cleaned thoroughly with a degreaser before coming to class. We use and recommend Krud Kutter that can be purchased at most hardware stores. You will take home your completed project that day. Paint and wax will be provided as well as a light lunch or snack. All you have to do is show up with your piece of furniture wearing your paint clothes, and be ready to be creative. All students will be able to purchase Blackberry House Paints and Waxes as well as quality paint brushes with a 10% discount the day of the workshop. This is a very special class as the creator of Blackberry House Paints, Polly Blair will be teaching the class. You won’t want to miss it. Deposit Required: 50.00 to be paid by Sat.
