CHALLENGE #8: Eat every 3-4 hrs And I dont mean 3 good meals and two snacks like our our culture would have us believe. We need to really rid our habit of eating typical morning and afternoon tea. And I dont mean the actual tea. Tea is good, especially if it is green, especially if it comes without sugar and even milk. Try eating 4 or 5 actual meals a day. This is where portion size can really amaze you. You really dont need to eat much if you are eating the right food (and we will get onto this soon) and eating REGULARLY. HINT: if it is crispy and golden and comes from a bakery... it is OUT wheather it is breakfast, lunch, dinner morning or afternoon tea.
