CHALLENGE! Squat, Curl, and Push Press 20 times in 1 minute. Heres how: Use dumbbells that total roughly 30 percent of your bodyweight (thats 2x30lbs if you weigh 200lbs) and hold them by your sides with your feet shoulder width apart. Keeping a natural curve in your back, push your hips back and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground. As you stand, curl the weight to shoulder height and then press them straight overhead using your legs in the effort. Return to starting position and repeat for 1 minute.
