Part 2 By simply being a member of the board and allowing the board to function without providing a copy of the chamber by-laws to the membership, you are committing an unlawful act. Likewise, if you are allowing secret vote counting for the chamber board, you are committing an unlawful act. If you have knowledge of or are complicit in another board member making a financial profit from the chamber by virtue of his(her) board position, you are committing an illegal act and may be personally liable for the amount of the illegal gains. If you have knowledge of or are complicit in another board member “stuffing” the ballot box with false votes, you have committed an illegal act which may include fraud. These occurrences ARE and/or HAVE happened on the Hesperia Chamber Board of Directors. If you are a member of the Hesperia Chamber of Commerce you are paying for the above and you are being defrauded. You all are victims of corruption. Many of you are unaware of what is taking place stand and others are afraid to speak up fearing repercussions. As for me, I spent seven years in the military and I am not about to forget that I put myself in harm’s way to preserve what our country stands for. I will not put my head in the sand. Corruption will stop in this chamber now. I have three or more witnesses for all of the above claims. I have names which go with these corrupt acts. I suggest that those who committed these unlawful acts resign from the board immediately before those names and specific charges become public.
