Barcelona The loss and damage was done in the first round and it was always going to be difficult at Atletico,I expected a slicky Barcelona but ATletico had other plans . We are yet to see the effects of this result in Laliga for Barcelona. Atletico Madrid Under Dogs can now shout with purpose and think they have a shout to make in this Champions League season. They have only lost once at home and any team that will be meeting this team in the Semi have to be aware of that. Congrats Atletico. Bayern Munich Everyones favourite and showing that PEP is still a master class but they have some weaknesses in their and better work on those before the ball is kicked in the semi finals. Congrats Bayern and their fans. They will be a serious threat in the Semi Final and i think its one team you would want to avoid. Real Madrid It was a scare in Germany and one more Goal for Dortmund would have turned the tie on its head and brought panic to the Real Madrid team. It also showed that Christiano Ronaldo is a real asset in that Ancelot Team. Much said, they walk into the semi final having had lost once in the competition this season.Only Atletico is unbeaten all season. I still think Madrid will walk into the Semi final but they better avoid Bayern in the Semis. Dortmund Too close yet too far, the bridge too far indeed, but they will be proud of themselves at how close they were against Madrid with all those injuries in the team. Dortmund better start preparing for next season with what players to bring and i hope they keep their coach. To me they did their best this season and they are still a threat in the coming season. PSG They undid their good job done in the first leg and hence deserve to leave the competition at this stage. You dont defend a 3-1 lead in the champions league, you attack to get an away goal, thats the simple rule in these competition. The only success i saw in this team is that they exposed the weaknesses of Chelsea in the first leg. I dont see PSG a threat in the coming season in this competition as players may be low on spirit. Chelsea The sole representative of England in the last four. Well done Chelsea and all the best in the last four but it all starts on Friday when the draws are made. They worked hard for the 2 goals and at this stage they can surprise anyone. They are in the semi finals and Jose doesnt lose at this stage because he is a specialist at packing the bus, he would rather play with one striker while the rest joins Peter Cech in goal. Of course the determining factor will be on Friday when draws are made. I think Chelsea would want to be drawn against Atletico Madrid because i think thats where it lies their real chance of playing a final .
