CHANG IS ALMOST - TopicsExpress

CHANG IS ALMOST HERE ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… The good days we have all waited for are approaching. South Sudanese have learned enough from their past and this time they are using politics as a tool for change and that change is coming. Despite the president has been threatening peace in South Sudan, none of South Sudanese politicians really want to oust the president through power of guns. They are using politics to oust him. In 2004, Kiir rebelled the GOSS because his boss, Dr Garang left out his camp from his government but our politicians use diplomacy to tame him. It was Dr Riek, whose camp was also left out by Garang at the time, who mediated Kiir with his boss, Garang. Although, Dr Riek succeeded in establishing peace that continued the signing of CPA, the top leaders were not satisfied. Kiir bitterly hinted Dr Garang that: “Those around the Chairman don’t tell him the opinion of the public. THE CHAIRMAN IS EVERYTHING, FROM A FINANCE OFFICER TO ONE AT THE LOWEST LEVEL. CORRUPTION, AS A RESULT OF THE LACK OF STRUCTURES, has created a lack of accountability which has reached a proportion that will be difficult to eradicate.” “I don’t agree with Cdr. Wani that these rumours were created by the enemy. There are people among us who are more dangerous than the enemy. I must warn the Chairman that Nimeiri was made to be unpopular by his security organs. THOSE WHO ARE MISLEADING YOU AND GIVING YOU FALSE SECURITY INFORMATION ABOUT OTHERS WILL SUFFER WITH YOU TOGETHER OR LEAVE WITH YOU. The government, which is going to be led by you MUST INCLUDE ALL” 29/11/2004 Minute. Kiir in this talk was not any different from DAVID YAU YAU but his wishes came true. And Dr Riek stood for unity and CPA saying: “They talked about a ‘change of the guards’ and the removal and replacement of Cdr. Salva by Cdr. Nhial. I appealed to the participants in that meeting that we should unite since we are entering peace (CPA), because if there is a split, the enemy may dishonor the agreement we had already signed. In any case, suppose we sign the peace, the SPLA will be a national army whereas the SPLM will be competing with other political parties” 29/11/2004 Today Kiir is in the shoes of his boos, Garang but the worse came to worse: Kiir has been isolated within the army and currently borrowed army from Uganda, after which he trained 3000 militias and recruited them into the army, despite resistance from the chief of general staff, Hoth Mai. Kiir was isolated within his own cabinet and dissolved it in July. He is also getting isolated from within his three months old cabinet and he threatened to dissolve it more than three times in 3 months. Kiir is now isolated within the SPLM party and within all chambers. Overall, Kiir is leading the country with less than 30% support from his own party. For this reason, he doesn’t want to call convention because he will be impeached or given a term limit of less than 2015 as chairman. Kiir is also isolated from within the parliament. His supporters could not protect his favorite appointees such as Telar Deng and the bank governor. For this reason, parliament remains close when it comes to things that threaten the president. The president Kiir has lost touch with UN, AU, UK, EU and United State. Currently, the president is seeking Bashir and Museveni. This is viewed as desperate move to prepare to resist people power (DEMOCRACY) and to resist ICC for human rights abuse in South Sudan. We have seen the Secretary of State, Susan Rice and EU representatives meeting with the former VP, Dr Riek lately. The details of the meetings will not be revealed until further notice. The president has warned to use the army against his political rivals but the army have refused to be used for personal gain. For this reason he has been criticized by the army chief, Hoth Mai. Kiir brought his only remaining PB supporter, Kuol Manyang, to reform the army but Kuol is facing it rough. Kiir may attempt to remove the army chief, Mr Mai but there are fears that the president would be ousted by the military. Manyang is doing his best to prevent from happening. South Sudanese have learned enough from the past and want to use politics to oust Kiir because he is incompetence but Kiir might choose to oust himself prematurely. THIS INFORMATION WAS LEAKED FROM WITHIN THE SECURITY ORGANS TO HINT THE PUBLIC OF WHAT IS COOKING INSIDE SOUTH SUDAN. HQs.
