CHANGE FROM WHAT TO WHAT AND WHY? CHANGE FROM WHAT TO WHAT AND HOW? While we do the capacity building workshops, and all the skill training seminars, and dealing with my youths others are building up the supermarkets and taking over all the prime spots and opportunities. And while we are sharpening our skills to exterminate any black man who models stamina, persistence, ingenuity, innovation, pro-activity, consistence and entrepreneurship to other young black people, born Belizeans are losing everything when it comes to business. While many Keep fighting and finding fault with everything I do every other thing is being lost. Black leaders are sacrificing the future of young black people in Belize on the alter of their own egos. We cannot change every young person. There are people with criminal tendencies we can neither understand nor do anything about. But we are not doing well either in providing those who want to change what to change into and how.
