CHARITY EVENT! One you guys will love believe me!! :-) Read on....................... BEAST THE TRAINER!!!! I am going to put myself forward......and maybe the other two instructors, we will see ;-).......for a charity fund raising event whereby our lovely boot camp and studio members can turn up and pay a minimum £6 for charity to choose whatever exercises they want for a maximum of 100 reps per exercise to beast the trainer for up to 10 minutes. For those of you not able to turn up, I would appreciate a sponsorship anyway!! I am offering myself, Michael Rickards to be the victim of your revenge! All monies raised will go to the local community stroke team for Southend and cancer research as for those of you who know me will know this is very close to my heart at this moment in time. A good friend is currently undergoing treatment and being the bravest guy I have ever seen with his battle with cancer. The logistics: Southend crew: you will get the chance to come and beast me on a Saturday morning after your boot camp. Basildon crew, you will get the chance to come and beast me on a Saturday before your boot camp start time. Needless to say, frightened and shaking in my boots is what I am feeling right now whilst I type this announcement! Lets just see if the other two are as crazy as me; or will they choose to come and beast me too! No pressure guys, but the more trainers there are to beast, the more money we raise for charity ;-) Much love, Mike.
