CHARLOTTE, NC -- National Guard soldiers practiced suppressing civilian unrest inside the United States during "emergency management" situations. During this drill on June 13, 2013, the Rapid Reaction Force was sent out to disperse a peaceful sit-in protest held by members of “The Pink Panthers” at the Franklin Water Treatment Plant. The troops are being conditioned for missions that directly oppose the American people. The use of military against civilians is a hallmark behavior of police states throughout history.
