CHARTS CHARTS AND MORE F**KING CHARTS…. Seeing as I compiled ten of my favourite “house” records I thought I’d put together a list of “techno” tracks. and here it is…20 tracks that rocked my world in 2014 ranging from the stripped down dub techno of “Haventepe” to the UK sounds of “Wen & Parris” and of course “Never Grow Old”. It was definitely Robert Hood’s year and in my opinion no one came close. He’s at the top of his game and it really goes to show that you don’t have to be getting high or living in Berlin to be making and releasing the best techno music in the world. Also I could have included a lot of unreleased remixes that I play like the “Regal” mix of “Ghetto Kraviz” but we’ll save these for the best of 2015.
