CHEATING shamelessly at Happyness{?}Sale at Vashi Central mall: Wrong billing - thrice, wrong calculation-twice, followed by an unwilling apology by Head of Vashi Central stores who cites excuses such as system upgrade, system error ... offers change everyday cant remember everything not my problem, promo teams error ; topped by Terrible Customer service managers threatening and then challenging to do whatever you can - nothing would happen..... If you dont notice what is being billed they may easily rob you off a few thousand rupees. I had to get the billing corrected at 4 occasions, including even after payment. And over that they are cheating government by wrong reporting VAT amount; whem highlighted to them, they returned me CASH against a Credit card payment. So on-the-face illegalities!!! .
