CHECK OUT MY EXERCISE VIDEO TUTORIALS PART 1 (HOW TO DO A PUSH UP) We have three key exercises we are doing this week to burn some major calories and condition our bodies. PUSH UPS When doing pushup, make sure you are doing it at a full range. For example, your chest should get low to the ground. Bend your elbows equally to drop down, and use your upper body strength to push yourself back to the start position. INCORRECT PUSH UPS Make sure your butt drops down with your arms. You may need to make this position longer so it is performed properly. Your body should almost be in a plank position (back flat and not rounded). BURPEES My favorite, my clients worst. LOL. Burpees is an explosive movement that recruits lots of muscles. In addition, to a being a challenge for your strength and muscle endurance. If you need to modify, I suggest using a chair or a stool that is knee high for assistance. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS Did someone say a major arm burn, core strength, and cardio? You can not beat it.
