CHEER DANCE SECURITY GUIDELINES I. Overall Guidelines XU- CSG, and the safety and security units of the university, will strictly implement ‘NO OVERLOADING OF GYM’ policy during the Opening Ceremonies and Cheer Dance Competition on 13 September 2014. This policy will facilitate an orderly event, and provide an efficient control or response on possible circumstances that may affect the safety and security of the people. Lining up areas are allotted for each group of audience in order to decongest the vicinity of the gymnasium. Gates of the XU Gymnasium will open at exactly 2:00 PM. Distribution of gate passes for student will also happen at the same time. Program will start by 5:00 PM. II. Process of Control (Students) All students are advised to bring their current university ID . Each college, school, or center will be allotted with proportionate number of seats. A gate pass will be issued per seat. Gate passes will be issued upon queuing at respective lining up area assigned to each college, school, or center. (P lease see ‘Lining Up Area’ for reference as to where you will line up). First come, first serve. One person per gate pass only. Upon getting inside the gymnasium, students shall present their gate pass to the in-charge. (Please see ‘Entrance s ’ for reference as to where you will enter) Breakdown of seats per college, school, or center is as follows: Center for Integrated Technologies - 80 seats College of Agriculture - 165 seats College of Arts and Sciences - 378 seats College of Computer Studies - 112 seats College of Engineering - 260 seats College of Law - 40 seats College of Nursing - 88 seats Jose P Rizal School of Medicine - 40 seats School of Business and Management - 558 seats School of Education - 199 seats
