CHEEZY COLLARD GREEN ROLLS & BOMBAY-STYLE KALE SALAD Tonights dinner was a fusion of Soul Food Meets Asia, kind of like Jim Kelly in the Enter the Dragon movie (The Black guy in the Bruce Lee Kung Fu flick). Lol.. After chatting with the Sugar Waxing Queen Janine White at my appointment, she told me about her friend that makes Vegan Fried Collard Green Rolls, and I was inspired to put my own spin to it by adding vegan cheese to the pot of sautéed collard greens that I made from scratch. As a side, I added lots of turmeric to the raw Kale Salad for its health benefits, and both dishes turned out delicious on my first try!
