Menu items will be available a la carte and we will offer a tasting plate of each course if you want to try everything. Beers will be available in full pours and half pours for tasting. Primero: - Beef Tartare Torta - Avocado, chilies & lime - Charred Ramps - Romesco vinaigrette & almonds - Chilled Pozole - Hominy, chillies & raw spring vegetables SweetWater 17th Anniversary Saison: This beer is, it is an uber seasonable high gravity Saison. The beer has an overt nose of wet hay, flowers and yeast with a dry finish Ensalata: - Cactus & Prickly Pear - Citrus, hibiscus & queso fresco - Molé Spiced Octopus - Marinated baby potatoes & celery - Elotes - Hominy, spicy crema, wild onions & queso cotija Founders Centennial IPA, tons of floral and Citrus hops, moderately sweet with just enough balance of malt and 65 IBU’s to help cut the cheese. Tacoooos: - Cumin Lamb - Spring onion salsa verde & radishes - Pork Belly al Pastor - Pickled pineapple & chicherones - Smoked Chicken - Molé negro, queso fresco & peanuts - Calabaza - Fried pumpkin, chorizo spices & pepitas Dirty Bastard from Founders: 7 malt varieties, Complex finish with hints of Pete and Smoke, and just enough hops to help keep the spice spicy.
