CHESS PRODIGIES STEAL MATES SJHS, OCT. 2 – The biggest chess match during the intramurals of the school started today — the chess eliminations between the three team players. The games are scheduled to start 1:30 this afternoon. The Intramural’s committee set up the school library for the chess event. The game master, Mr. Baby Rodel Sabino R. Daquioag made sure there is enough light in the play area and never allowed anyone to get inside to make the chess gamers comfortable. According to Mr. Jimmy Manding, the MAPEH Coordinator in the school said in an interview, “The concern for the match would be interesting since the game is designed round robin. Each player must have to ensure winning in every game to advance to the championships,” he said.
