CHILLY this morning with current temperatures of Down Town Reno: 35, Reno Foothills: 35, Sparks: 36, Fernley: 36, Reno Airport: 36, Truckee: 32, and Ridge Top Level: 21. Mostly cloudy conditions remain over our area with light winds at 5 mph, relative humidity sits at 79%, and the dew point is 30F. We do have some wet surfaces through our valley however temperatures will not be reaching the dew point. Icy surfaces are no longer expected along the valley floor. Partly cloudy conditions will remain with us through the day along with a light breeze of 5 to 7 mph. Instability will remain through our area however we will lack any type of large lifting mechanism. Look for partly cloudy conditions to persist through the day. Going through our day, look for temperatures to remain in the thirties until the 10 am hour. Going into Noon, look for the mid forties with an afternoon high temperature in the upper forties for Reno - Sparks - Fernley.
