CHIPILI HAPPY { Desparardo } Good Morning to you all You all aware that i am standing for VICE PRESIDENT of Zambia Rugby Union my vision for Rugby in Zambia and Brief Profile are as stated bellow. Chipili Happy { Desparardo } is my name standing for vice president of Zambia Rugby Union ,am a Director for LEWA INVESTMENT LIMITED i have played competitive Rugby for twenty years for both { K.P.F AND DIGGERS } and i have Captained the Nation Team both seven aside and fifteen aside for nine years am now currently coaching K.P.F Rugby Team ,committee member for K.P.F and am under 14 and 16 Copperbelt Co-ordinater. My vision is to Develop Zambian Rugby from the grass root level to a higher level and bring back sponsorship from the Government { Ministry of sport } and Corparate World and improve players well fares in terms of Merchandising and personal benefit together with the coaches and the referees and to put back the game of Rugby on the{ I.R.B. } calender.
