CHIT FOUND SCAM IN ODISHA AND INVOLVEMENT OF CHIEF MINISTER OF ODISHA. (ONCE LALU YADAV WENT TO JAIL THEN WHY NAVEEN IS ROAMING FREE!) 1. One news is published in Dharitri Newpaper dated 04.12.2014 that on 03.12.2014 replying to a question of MLA Pradeep Purohit (BJP) Minister Ashok Kumar Panda told in Assembly that Government has signed MOUs with Seashore Chit Fund Company on 14.2.2011 and on 07.9.2011 but all MOUs were cancelled on 08.7.2013 after the fraudulent act of Seashore Company came to limelight. 2. On 14.02.2011 Deputy Director General & JS CEIB (Ministry of Finance) wrote Confidential DO Letter (F No. 301/15/200 CEIB) followed by another Letter (F No. 304/IT/2011-CEIB dated 22.3.2011) to the Orissa Government about the fraudulent act of Seashore Chit Fund Company. 3. The Chief Secretary of Odisha forwarded the Letter F No. 304/IT/2011-CEIB dated 22.3.2011 to the I.G. of Police Crime Sri Abhaya on 03.5.2011(JI No. 19/CS) and directed the Orissa Crime Branch to take necessary action according to law and comply to Chief Minister office. 4. But to the great surprise Orissa Crime Branch sat over it for more than One Year and did not take any action and neither the Chief Secretary nor the Chief Minister inquired about it to Orissa Crime Branch. 5. Orissa Government signed several MOUs with Seashore Company even after receiving the above mentioned two letters from Ministry of Finance. 6. Our Honourable Chief Minister Sri Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the Seashore TV Channel in the Third Week of March 2011 and in this function Former Supper Chief Minister Pyari Mohan Mohapatra, Prasant Dash (CMD of Seashore), Bollywood Actress Katrina Kaif and other ministers were present. 7. It is not yet understood why CBI is not interrogating Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Former Chief Secretary of Orissa and Former ADG of Orissa Crime Branch? 8. Once Former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav of Bihar was arrested, interrogated and became the prime accused in Fodder Scam in Bihar and this action was taken by CBI then why the same investigating agency is reluctant to take the same action against the Odisha Chief Minister for the same crime. I hope the present Director of CBI will certainly give justice to Forty Lakhs Chit Fund Victims of Odisha by taking legal action against the culprits without delay. 9. Please see the Letter of Ministry of Finance, News in Dharitri dated 04.12.2014 and photo of Seashore TV inauguration function posted bellow.
