CHIT FUND SCAM IN ODISHA AND CBI INVESTIGATION. Dear All Yesterday I was in CBI BBSR from 11.30 AM to 08 PM along with Alok Jena. I hope the result may come out within a day or two. 1. Enough documents were provided by many citizens to provide Free Lodging, Free Fooding & free Medical facilities (better facilities than BPL card holders) for Pyarimohan in the last stage of his life. 2. CBI would have got a lot of important documents from his Delhi and Mumbai house and this type raid (especially Mumbai) )was not expected by Pyari. 3. Ashirbad was in panic while he was in CBI office, most probably he is going to get the same facilities from the government what Pyari is going to get (Free Lodging, Free Fooding & free Medical facilities). 4. DSP Pramod Panda of Odisha Crime Branch (who had threatened Alok Jena near Honourable Supreme Court on 22.01.2014) was being transferred to District Police Office Nayagarah from Crime Branch by Odisha Government with a malafide and ill intention and this person is putting his attendance in DPO Nayagarah and coming back to BBSR or hiding in a unidentified place to avoid CBI arrest. 5. He was being summoned by CBI thrice but he is not responding to CBI summon. 6. He has applied for anticipatory bail in High Court and today (19.11.2014) hearing may be done. I do not think he would be given any relief by the court because the person being a DSP of Crime Branch who could able to threaten the Petitioner Alok Jena near the Apex Court can do anything to hamper the Chit fund investigation in chit fund scam. Hence CBI counsel Mr. Narasgingha should produce all documents related to the offence committed by this DSP with the Honourable High Court during the hearing of the bail matter on 19.11.2014. 7. Some Wealthy Senior IPS of this poor State feels that if DSP Pramod Panda of Odisha Crime Branch is arrested and interrogated by CBI and Enforcement Directorate then they will get the facility of Free Lodging, Free Fooding & free Medical facilities in jails of Odisha in near future.
