CHOCOLATE CHIFFON PUDDING. 1.egg -6 2.milkmaid-1/2 tin 3.milk -1 1/2 cup 4.gelatin -4 tspn 5.coco -3 tspn 6.custard powder- 2 tspn 7.vanilla essence -1tspn 8.sugar -6tblspn 9.salt -a pinch 10.any biscuit of your choice-10 (I used chocolate sandwich cookies) 11.Butter/ghee-1tblspn 1.seperate egg white and york. 2.beat egg york and milkmaid together. 3.heat milk in a pan and pour into the egg york mixture. 4.soak gelatin in water. 5.mix coco,custard powder,and milk together.stir it well without any lumps. 6.heat water in a big sauce pan.place the bowl with custard on top of this hot water. And cook for a while. 7.add coco,custard mix.when it starts boiling add vanilla essence and melted gelatine.stir well.and let it cool completely. 8.beat egg white and sugar together.add salt.add in this mixture into the cooled custard and combine it well. 9.take a glass bowl.crush biscuits and butter together with hands.spread the mixture in the glass and press it thoroughly. keep it in fridge for 10 mintus. Take out the bowl and pour the mixture into the pudding bowl.keep it in fridge untill it sets. Deliciouszzzzz chocolate chiffon pudding is readyyyy....
