CHOCOLATE DESSERT LASAGNA YUMMY DELICIOUS !! 5***** PLUS! Are you a chocoholics, making this chocolate dessert lasagna recipe was a no-brainer! Layers of graham crackers, cream cheese, whipped topping and pudding make a dish that is surprisingly light and fluffy, has beautiful layers and is super easy to make. You’ll want to prepare this scrumptious treat well ahead of time—it needs a good three hours in the fridge to set before serving. It takes only a few steps to put together, so it’s great for a dinner party or that upcoming potluck. To get started, grab a 9″ x 13″ baking dish and a box of chocolate graham crackers, or vanilla grahams if you prefer. Line the dish with the grahams—you may need to break them slightly to cover the entire bottom of the dish. Next, beat a couple packages of softened cream cheese with sugar and a little bit of milk in a medium-sized bowl. When lumps are gone and it appears smooth, fold in half of a large container of whipped topping, saving the rest. In a separate bowl, mix 2 small boxes of chocolate instant pudding together with milk then beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Your layers are now ready to be built! Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the layer of grahams. Place half of the pudding on top then add a second layer of graham crackers. Repeat the layers using the remaining cream cheese and pudding then use the remaining whipped topping as the top layer. Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker crumbs or shaved chocolate as a garnish then store it in the fridge for later on. Our recipe makes generous portions for 12–15 people, but if it’s just you and your family, don’t worry! This “lasagna” will keep 2–3 days in the fridge.
