CHOCOLATE GALORE WORKSHOP: Oct. 28 and 29, 2013. Time 9am-5pm. This picture tells a story of how it is made. It tackles how cocoa bean transform into a various product of Chocolates (from a bean to a bar). We have the White Chocolate, Milk and Dark Chocolate. Cacao that being transformed into powder, candy bars, truffles etc. Now chocolates are enjoyed by many people. In ancient times it is only a concoction and only available for the rich people. Thanks for our planet Earth. Cacao is only cultivated and grown here in our planet BUT ONLY FEW COUNTRIES Have This Tree. Cacao is being harvested above and below the equatorial plane of 18-20 degrees. Most are harvested in Africa, South America, Asia and the Carribean Islands. There are no trees of cacao in U.S.A., Canada nor even in Europe. Cacao are being exported only to these countries as fermented and dried beans.
