CHOOSING RIGHT RELATIONSHIPS - RUTH 1:6–18 Like Submit Share 4 Share Bible in a year:2 Kings 15:1-16:20, Acts 19:13-41, Psalm 147:1-20, Proverbs 18:4-5 Relationships are an important aspect of our life on the earth. God never created any man to be alone. To achieve greatness in life, you need the right relationships. Beloved, don’t just allow relationships that are undefined develop around you passively. That is what the devil wants. So that he can pollute you and dilute you. That you live in the same place or go to the same school or work in the same place is not enough for a relationship to begin to develop. Don’t be porous with your life as far as relationship is concerned. The following will help you discern and develop right relationships: 1. Divinely initiated: The linking factor is always God, not a human arrangement. Some people in the world arrange relationships even with money. You need to watch out for relationships that God himself initiated and respect it, don’t fight it. 2. Marked with a divine flow: The awe of God is in that relationship. Usually that relationship always brings a divine flow into your life. 3. There is usually a kindred spirit: There is usually a deep spiritual affinity for each other. This affinity is spiritual not sense-based. It is spirit–based. 4. Birthed by the Holy Spirit’s leading: Divine relationships that are right flow from the leading of the Holy Spirit in your life and you must watch out for those leadings. Don’t neglect them and don’t let your mind take over from your spirit. You must understand that right relationships may not seem good to you at first but, if it is right it will greatly bless you. The devil wants to attack the right relationships in your life and wants to give you good but wrong relationships. Protect yourself from such, recognize the right ones and stay with them. Hold on to it. Wrong people and wrong relationships will waste you. You shall not be wasted in Jesus name. Prayer:Holy Spirit please, guide me in choosing my relationships, in Jesus name.
