It is written - The common New Testament way (61 times) of introducing Old Testament quotes, (Romans 3:10). Deuteronomy 21:23 is quoted. Verse -14 The blessing of Abraham - Faith in God’s promise of salvation (Galatians 3:9). Promise of the Spirit - From God the Father (Isaiah 32:15; 44:3; 59:19–21; Ezekiel 36:26, 27; 37:14; 39:29; Joel 2:28, 29; Luke 11:13; 24:49; John 7:37–39; 14:16, 26).
