CHRIST IS THE HEAD Colossians 1:18 “ He is also the head of the church, which is his body. He is the beginning, the first to come back to life so that he would have first place in everything.” There is an ever growing culture in the church that places the body above the head. The church is making decisions and choosing what needs to be done and what should not be done. The problem here is that only the head has power and authority to instruct, lead and decide. A truth the church is now without. The body walks blind, deaf, speechless and without covering because all this are the works and function of the head-which is the Christ. Any church that is not in right standing with Jesus is perishing, it will not experience growth, there shall not be any victories and the will surely be no power. Jesus is the head.
