The Distinguished Senator Okowa is a man of integrity and a collosal leader of thought having the progress and prosperity of all as his main priorities. 2. Senator (Dr) Okowa didnt in anyway use and dump anybody as mentioned by the author,The likes of Christian Okpambor and Sylvester Ukwuandi are strong Propnents of prosperity to their constituency Ika north-east and Delta state at large. 3.
