CHRISTMAS, A PAGAN EVENT EXISTED WAY BACK B4 JESUS WAS BORN Christmas was celebrated by the heathens thousands of years before Jesus was even born. One of their customs was to decorate a tree with silver and gold ornaments, then fasten the tree so that it would not topple. Jeremiah 10:2-5, is the Biblical evidence of this fact: God is telling us in vs 2-3 not to learn the way of the heathens, dont even learn it, let alone practice it. God even condemns a custom that the heathens practiced, yet we see this same custom exist even today, it is called the Christmas tree. The Scriptures describes this Christmas celebration as a idolatry. Some will claims that this verse refers to idols being made from the trees: Isaiah 40:19, 41:23, 45:20, 46:17, Psalms 115:5-7, Habakkuk 2:19). But this maybe not important, what is important is the question, does God approve of trees being used to worship Him? Is there any commandment in the Scriptures allow us to do so? The answer is very simple, No. December 25th has always a Sun worshippers holiday to celebrate the birthday of Tammuz who worshipped by pagans. If you can look close on Christmas tree you will find sun, star or moon placed on top of their Christmas trees. Some pagans sure will saying this star represent that star that appeared in the sky after Jesus birth: but where does the Scripture approve of such things? Some they place an angel on top of their trees, and claims this is okay: 2 Corinthians 11:14 for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Placing an angel on top of the trees is synonymous with placing a star, sun or the moon, because both images represents light. But some will claims that their angel on their trees is represent heavenly angel: Exodus 20:4 thou shall not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above. Star, sun, moon and angels are in heaven above, and God forbids having images of anything thats in heaven above for the purpose of worshipping. So no matter how nice it maybe, but God does not approve of these pagans practices. Christmas celebration is always a sign of Satan to his people because no Scripture in Bible allow Christians to do so, we never find any of apostles or even Jesus Himself celebrating his birthday. Paul warns us about this evil doctrines in 1 Timothy 4:1-2 but people of today they no longer tolerate any Biblical massage. We can look and search in every page and line of Scriptures, we wont find Christmas, Easter or Sun-day worship! Satan work with Roman Catholic to change the Law of God, Dan 7:25 to achieve his goal to deceiving the whole world to worship the beast, through Christmas celebration. Catholic under the authority of Satan, they Christianized all pagans holiday attract pagans in this new folder of Christian. That is the reason why Christmas celebration attracted even people who not believing in God, or people who are no born again. Deuteronomy 12:30-32 .. Make sure that you dont follow their religious practices, because that would be fatal. Dont try to find out how they worship their gods, so that you can worship in the same way. Do not worship the LORD your God in the way they worship of their gods they do all the disgusting things that I the Lord hates. Vs 32 Do everything that I have commanded you, do not add anything to it or take anything from it. Its very clear we told not to add, so who are you to oppose God by adding Christmas, Easter and Sunday worship? This is the time people have to repent or they will perish with the beast that they worship as God on Christmas day.
