CHRISTMAS IS YOUR SEASON OF STRENGTH, FAVOR, AND HELP ; LET US LOOK, AT THIS FOR A MOMENT, Luke Chapter 1 : 26 - 31 26. And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, ( Gabriel name mean, God is my strength ). 27. To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgins name was Mary. 28. And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. The word favoured mean, to feel or show approval or preference for, it mean an act performed out of someones good will, generosity or mercy, it mean a feeling of favorable regard. ( it didnt have to be Mary, it just had to be a virgin ). 29. And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. ( she is trying to figure this out ). 30. And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. ( this is our season of favor ). 31. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. The name Jesus literary mean Yeshua, which mean God is help, but, it is also pronounced Joshua, which mean Jovovah is his help. ( and God is going to help us in this season ).
