CHRISTMAS MUSIC RECOMMENDATION #2: I Saw Three Ships This was the piece that made me fall in love with Mack Wilbergs arrangements more than 20 years ago. (Many Utahans may not know this, but Dr. Wilberg is a superstar worldwide in choral music. His work is performed everywhere.) This carol is pure Wilberg -- its urgent and thrilling. The key changes build the suspense until the breaking point, and then... clamorous joy! This is my ultimate celebratory Christmas carol. You might already know it, but revisit and see if it doesnt quicken your pulse! (And thanks for all the recommendations Im getting from people. They are awesome!)
