CIM material Going through my saved links, I found this one. Though my dad is gone for over twenty years, I think of his life, what he lived through and events that shaped his thinking. My dad was with the Third Armored Division that liberated the Nordhausen Slave Labor Camp during WWII. He told me some of what he experienced. I wish he would have told me more, but you know those GIs, they came home from the war and just wanted to live in freedom and love. So they put the war behind them. This is a video of the liberation as taken by a US Army cameraman. My father is in this video. If you knew my father, you might recognize him.
