CINCH UFR Personnel Ballot (9-3-14) This ballot will be mailed to Top 20 in each event September 10th, deadline to return will be October 10, 2014. UFR fees will be $300 if ballot is return before deadline, $400 if returned after deadline. Ballot must be returned by mail to Bawcum and Preuss, Certified Public Accountants, 214 Davis Street North, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482. (This is the only method of which ballots will be accepted, no faxes, phone calls, etc). A postage paid pre-addressed return envelope will be included with each ballot for contestant convenience. All ballots and results will be presented to UPRA Board of Directors October 14 by Bawcum and Preuss, Certified Public Accounts, official CPAs of the CINCH UFR.
