It is for general information to all Public Leaders, Head of Offices, Panchayat Leaders, Chairman/Sec. of Bazaar & Colonies, All President/Sec. of student Organization, TCS, ATYO, NGOs, SHG, President/ Sec. of Contractor Association, President/Sec. of Tata Mobile Association, President/Sec. of Labour Union, President/ Sec. of Mutia/Tela walla and all dwellers of Daporijo Township that there will be a Mass Social Service on 2/01/2015 (First Phase) & 4/01/2015 (Second Phase) respectively in connection with the visit of Hon’ble CM Govt. of AP, Hon’ble Minister UD & Tourism, Hon’ble Minister Home & Hon’ble Minister Education at Daporijo to attend the Si-Donyi Festival ‘2015 as Chief Guest & Guest of Honour at Dumporijo, Daporijo & Naba. Therefore, all concerned are requested to participate with tools and plant. AREA TO BE COVERED. I) Helipad to Circuit House. II) In and around the Rijo Ground. III) Circuit House to Sikar rijo. Date:- 02/01/2015 (First Phase) & 04/01/2015 ( Second Phase). Time : 7 A.M Onwards. President/Sec. of Tata Mobile Association is requested to provide 2 to 4 Nos. of Tata Mobile for lifting debris and fuel will be borne by District Administration/ UD and Chairman/Sec. of Si-Donyi Celebration Committee ‘2015, Daporijo is requested to liaise with the Tata Mobile Association for arrangement of Vehicle.
